How to Use

  1. Enter or pick a base color using the color picker.
  2. Select the number of steps (more steps = finer gradation).
  3. Click Generate to create the shades and tints palette.
  4. Click on any color swatch to copy its value.

How It Works

Tints are created by mixing the base color with white (increasing each RGB channel toward 255). Shades are created by mixing with black (decreasing each RGB channel toward 0). Tones are created by mixing with gray (desaturating).
